RETURN POLICIES:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping and packaging costs.
- Returned items must be in good condition. We will not accept returns, which are cut, sewn with other rugs and/or squares, or altered in any way.
- All international/ custom-made Marisol rug orders are final sale.
- We do not accept returns on rug pads with open packaging.
- Refunds will be issued 2 days after items are received in our warehouse. You will receive an email notification that the refund is processed and the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
